Yes. We offer a sample kit of up to 10 pieces at trade price. Sampling fees are adjusted against your first wholesale order. Contact us on WhatsApp to request a sample kit.
White-label packaging is available from the Boutique tier upwards. We support custom ribbon, inner card, and box lid printing. Minimum run of 50 units per design. Lead time adds 3–5 working days.
All our standard metals — 92.5 Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil, and Rose Gold Vermeil — are available. Gemstones include Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Moonstone, Labradorite, Turquoise, Citrine, Garnet, and more. Custom gemstone requests can be discussed with your account manager.
Yes. We ship wholesale orders worldwide via DHL Express or FedEx. Customs duties and import taxes are borne by the buyer. We provide all necessary export documentation including Certificate of Origin on request.
Every batch passes a 12-point quality check before dispatch. If you receive a defective piece, we replace it free of charge. We provide hallmarking certificates for all precious metal items.
